Dear Industry Partners,

On behalf of the International Association of Forensic and Security Metrology (IAFSM) and the Association for Crime Scene Reconstruction (ACSR), we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2026 Joint IAFSM/ACSR Crime Scene Reconstruction Educational Conference.

This premier international training event will be held February 23–27, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Boulder, Colorado.

In years past, the IAFSM and ACSR conferences, when held separately, each attracted over 75 registrants. The last joint conference in 2022 hosted over 180 attendees and proved the significant value of combining the expertise and membership of both organizations. We expect 2026 attendance to meet or exceed those numbers, thanks to the conference’s strong international draw, hands-on training opportunities, and technology showcase.

This site provides you with the necessary information to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor in this important educational event. Updated information will be available on the conference website as the event approaches.

Conference Overview

The conference will bring together forensic professionals from around the world to share advancements, best practices, and innovative tools in crime scene reconstruction, forensic metrology, and 3D documentation. Topics will include:

  • Case studies from complex criminal investigations

  • Research in emerging documentation and reconstruction methods

  • Advances in 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, and UAS applications

  • Integration of traditional and digital forensic techniques

Attendees include:

  • Crime Scene Investigators and Reconstructionists

  • Law Enforcement Officers and Forensic Analysts (local, state, federal, and international)
