Conference Hotel Information
The 2026 Joint IAFSM/ACSR Crime Scene Reconstruction Educational Conference will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder, located in the heart of downtown Boulder, Colorado. This modern, all-suite hotel will serve as the primary venue for all plenary sessions, presentations, workshops and scheduled events throughout the week.
HOTEL BOOKING DEADLINE: January 26th, 2026
Embassy Suites – $159/night
Rooms at the Embassy Suites are available at a discounted group rate of $159 per night, which includes a full cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and access to the nightly Manager’s Reception with drinks and light snacks. Staying onsite at the Embassy Suites offers the added convenience of being directly connected to all conference activities.
Hilton Garden Inn – $125/night
The adjacent Hilton Garden Inn offers rooms at the current GSA per diem rate of $125 per night. Please note that breakfast is not included but can be purchased separately. The Hilton Garden Inn shares the same property and is just steps away from the main conference venue at the Embassy Suites.
Reservations at HGI are open to anyone, not just Government employees.
Both hotels offer convenient access to local dining, shops, and outdoor activities in scenic Boulder. Attendees are encouraged to book early, as rooms are limited and expected to fill quickly.
