Celestina Rossi

Celestina “Cele” Rossi is an Investigator with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office in Texas. She is a forensic specialist with more than 30 years of law enforcement experience and recognized expertise in crime scene investigation, bloodstain pattern analysis, crime scene reconstruction, and shooting incident reconstruction.

She served 28 years with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, including 23 years in the Crime Laboratory, where she led the Crime Scene Unit and oversaw complex investigations involving violent crime, officer-involved shootings, and major case reconstructions.
